Q. What is check in/check out time?
A. Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 12 noon.

Q. Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
A. Yes, we allow smoking only on the smoking floor.

Q. Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
A. Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Q. Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A. Yes, we have room service 24 hours available.

Q. Do you have a business center?
A. No; but we could assist you to photocopy, fax, or print.

Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes, we have an outdoor pool.

Q. Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
A. Yes, we have a spa that operate on 9 AM to 10 PM.


Q. How do I get to the hotel?

Q. Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A. Yes, free of charge for all of our guests.

Q. Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
A. Yes, we do not charge all of guest that visited us.

Q. Do you provide extra beds or cribs? Is there a charge?
A. Yes, we have extra beds at for additional charge IDR 300.000. Cribs are available and free of charge.

Q. What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A. You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

Q. What is your cancellation?
A. We require a credit card or cash deposit at the time of booking. You must cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change. Credit card or cash deposit is required to check-in.

Q. Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A. We require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Q. Do you have connecting rooms?
A. Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms when you reserve your rooms. However, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.


Q. What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
A. Coffee shop is open for 24 hours daily, Serayu Chinese Restaurant open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, Nagoya Japanese Restaurant open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM. D’Lounge bar open daily from 10 AM till midnight.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A. We accept all major credit cards/debit cards.


Q. Are pets allowed?
